| Bankruptcy
About 10 years ago, I went bankrupt on a condo in New Haven. Mark was not named as part of this-it was solely in my name. I was in one of those "upside down" mortgage situations...I bought for 97k, owed around 70k, and they were, at the time, selling at around 50k. I could have "claimed" all sorts of other bills-credit cards, car loans, etc, but all I wanted was "out" on the condo, so that's what I went bankrupt on, and the only thing named in my bankruptcy.
How do I find out if my bankruptcy has now been discharged? Should I be getting a "letter" or some notification from the state? I know that it should have expired around this time of year, and have gone through the paperwork but don't find anything about the discharge...
