WRT160NL Problems using WPA2 AES

I originally set up my new WRT160NL to use WPA2 Personal with AES - I can connect 1 desktops (Vista 64), one laptop (XP SP3), an Airport and iPod Touch with no problems. However 3 different laptops (2 Vista 64 and 1 XP SP3) all with built in wireless n have problems. If I change the router to WPA2 Personal with AES+TKIP all the laptops now connect (one had problem but upgrading the routerto latest 1.00.01 B17 firmware fixed it). All clients including the problematic laptops are set up to connect using WPA-PSK with AES data encryption. I would be OK leaving the the router set as AES+TKIP except it is limiting the connections to 56mbps to all clients. With the router set to AES I can get 150+mbps connections.

Ideas.

Try updating the client's drivers.

Any ideas on this?

With one of the laptops (my work laptop) I having to use a wireless 3G card to connect to the internet at home - which would be OK but 3G coverage isn't great here. I would much prefer to use the WRT160NL wireless - but while it will connect after 30 minutes it reports that it has limited connection and that windows is unable to find a certificate.
