New Haven area DSL Down? Updated: Modem somehow changed

Anyone else in the New Haven area having a DSL outage?

Update: OK the DSL appears to be working fine and after much troubleshooting it appears the WAN port on the router (Linksys WRT54G) isn't passing data to the modem.

Update2: It appears that somehow the Speedstream 4100 modem that I use somehow changed the IP address it hands out. Previously the modem used to hand out 192.168.0.64, suddenly between last night and this morning it changed and now hands out 192.168.1.64 which interfered with the router's DHCP ip addresses and caused the router to have trouble grabbing the IP from the modem and then would prevent internet access.
