need help plz

hi noob here with a simple question that I cant seam to figure it out. I was given a netopia 3347-02 I have two pc I'm trying to use with it the one i have in hub1 is working great on the internet, the other it says it is connected to the LAN but no pages will pop up when i try to go to them.. can anyone help me get this to work right?
