Is anyone else experiencing internet speed roller coaster? it seems to spike up to 15Mbps to 8 Mbps and then 10 Mbps but it only happens at night

Not really...
Running any of these 'speed tests' brings me up over 30Mbps, then settles back down to around 20-25Mbps range.

Yes, absolutely. This has been going on for a number of months for me and I've spent a great deal of time and effort trying to get this resolved through Tier 3.

Nobody at Time Warner Cable has a clue about what's going wrong and "everything looks good" on their end according to the representatives I've spoken with.

Please call and complain. Ask to be escalated to a supervisor and do as much as you can to try and get your voice heard.

Here's a couple of speed tests from their "Turbo" tier last night:




I called them while this was going on and they could find no issues on our end. They say that everything's looking great and the signal to my modem is great and everything is just dandy in Time Warner Cable's land.
