IDP: False Positives

I'm getting hundred of IDP web attacks warning from the IP of our branch in Germany, as so they got blocked their access blocked in our webserver.

I'm pretty sure they are not trying to hack us, what could lead to this? Any spyware? Just false positives?

I had to turn off the IDP so they can access to our webserver.

My equipment is USG 300.
