Just grab a 2621XM with a 2MFT-T1 card, and run it in router on a stick mode with the 3750.. about 150 for the XM model.

Just get one with a good amount of memory.

At most you're looking at using 2U of space with that solution. But it fits your budget, and they're cheap to replace.
