Versalink and Live

I've have a Westell Versalink 327W and cannot get on to xbox live. I have the UpnP enabled, but nothing. I've tried to port forward that did nothing. when I test for xbox live it says that

"dns server can't resolve the names of the xbox live servers or xbox.com"

I've checked the DNS, its the correct one.
