Fiber network in Ohio?

Does anyone know CenturyLink's plans for rolling out their fiber network in Ohio? I live in Avon, about 100 yards away from the ATT Uverse network, but am stuck with CenturyTel DSL.

As Embarq has much better packages to offer customers.
