| Help - Service not activated yet
Hi,
I sent two email to Acanac service using the webform on the website...and I get no answer.
I posted on community on Acanac website...nothing good.
The sister of my girlfriend (she doesn't speak english) ordered a 1 year dryloop DSL on 2009-10-06...we are now on 2009-10-20 and she still doesn't have her internet service and she received no news from Acanac.
ACANAC PM...I think you're an employee of Acanac? Can you help me please?
Her invoice number is 318330
She's got a memo at her appartment...a memo from Bell service that the DSL line is activated...but when she try every phone jack with the modem...the DSL light is not turning on. Somebody told me that Bell installed a "two-way" phone jack for DRY Loop...she has this phone jack but there is no signal.
