| [help] 2210 Firmware
I need a little assistance. Relative of mine picked up a 2210-02-1022 modem, and did a manual firmware update from the motorola website. Apparently that was the wrong firmware, and now the modem thinks it's a Netopia modem? Does anyone know if it is possible to download the original firmware that came with this box? Or does he need to get a new one? |

If you call Motorola - no guarantee they can help you. |

| I noticed Wal Mart sell these modems. Did you brick it? Does it still connect on line? The easiest solution if you had purchased it from there is exchange it, since they take back just about anything in returns, long as it had been purchased within past 90 days. |
