I am setting up to use Thunderbird email. What secure connection does Metrocast (Connecticut) support ?
Thunderbird 2.x provides the following options for a secure connection:
* Never
* TLS, if available
* TLS
* SSL |

| Shouldn't the question be why not have a secure connection? Metrocast could offer this at an additional cost. Far as I know, Metrocast does not.
Here is a webmail login I had in my bookmarks. It at least uses MD5.
