very slow connection

i have problem with internet , from more than a month, my line rate have changed from 5056/800 to 300/300.
so i have only 300K but i paid for 5M. i open many tickets but no one have fixed the problem.
i call Bell but they said that it is for my ISP (acanac) to call bell to fix the line rate.
When I call acanac , this what a tech support said to me.

( Hi
As I checked, your line syncing at 800/256 and due to high capacity of your line this is the best speed for you. )
signed Zahra.

very stupid, i m very confused by this answer. This person can do any work but not as dsl tech support.

I m with acanac from more than 5 years , and every time i check the line rate , it was correct (5056/800) only from last month , i have 300/300 to 800/300.

2 months with out internet is enough..

Please, is there any one ho can suggest me an other ISP ? and how to get refund ?.

If you are same person who sent an e-maiI ( tik# ETW-19231), I just checked your line, it shows full 5M sync now.

Probably the message was an error, let me check again.

Could you verify what your speed is now?
Thanks

now it s correct , but why it took all this time to fix.
2 months, more than 10 tickets. i hope this is the last time.

you have to check the competence of your tech support man.

the problem is not just the Acanac tech but on Bell sides also, their the one that have to work on your line since we use their phone line for the internet, if Bell doesn't do their job, acanac can't do anything about it except sending ticket to Bell
