Here is what my non-delivered package looks like on the UPS tracking system. I don't even know when or if they are planning to send it. I don't know what the driver is doing with it.
The 6:11 P.M. entry makes me annoyed, I never rescheduled delivery. I think this is the driver trying to blame me for his failure to deliver (yet again).
This is a UPS overnight delivery, or it was supposed to be.

Then I got a call back from someone from the local Brookfield Connecticut UPS facility. He was nasty and in denial, he was defensive about his driver.
Now that I've called and complained, I'm guessing the video game which was supposed to arrive today will either get lost, or will arrive shattered with boot marks on the package.
I'm thinking of setting up a video camera, and starting a website, what has brown done to you today. -- "People demand freedom of speech as a compensation for the freedom of thought which they seldom use." |

I appreciate your thought, but it isn't worth the aggravation in my opinion. Saying UPS sucks, is sort of common knowledge. I don't think it's a news story. Though I checked my package tracking this morning, and notice it has been somewhat edited. What do you think of the editing (notice the 6:11 P.M. and 1:01PM entries which were edited by someone at UPS after my complaint compared to my earlier post, both were cut and pasted from the UPS tracking info at the UPS website). They are trying to cover / correct their tracks IMO.

That tracking crap I don't trust it. I had watched mine and the driver changed his report saying it was delivered at the front door BS lies at 4:04pm! I got mini cam ready to shoot video and post it on my youtube channel if they screw up with my stuff from Amazon should get here later this week or next.
Just to let you know Amazon does use FEDEx I had two packages 1 of 2. 1 came on a Saturday it was delievered by FEDEx even though the driver had parked his truck around the block he had walked it over to my house. The 2 of 2 came by UPS and that was not delivered here it was dropped off at the next door guys house instead. |

Today, my late overnight delivery arrived (2 day delivery instead of overnight) it wasn't damaged. 2 other items arrived from the driver.
Later I checked my Amazon tracking, and notice the driver claims to have dropped off 4 items, but he only dropped off 3.
I call UPS 800 customer support again, they tell me "ohh this is so sad, but it is up to Amazon to request tracking or to complain". I then call Amazon, who is very kind to me, they offer to replace the missing book free and to send it overnight. I try to tell them that the UPS driver is a bit of a piece of work, but they say UPS isn't their problem. I'm advised by Amazon that I can call UPS if I'd like and complain.
So now I sit with a "free" replacement book on my order list, scheduled for overnight delivery. This will of course reward UPS for having a driver who has apparently lost customer merchandise.
I'm 100% certain, Amazon counts such losses against the customer. If I exceed a percentage of losses, they'll drop me. Yet it appears neither UPS or Amazon will authorize a trace or directly inquire from the driver where the stuff is.
The missing book cost a whopping $7.41 at Amazon.
It was raining hard, we were home and our lights were on, but when he delivered he didn't wait for us, he rang the bell and ran away. None of the boxes we received were wrapped in plastic. UPS used to wrap stuff when it was raining hard, but our wonderful driver is above that sort of service.
We receive a lot of packages a year, mostly via UPS. Yet we don't seem to rate good service from them, and it appears there is no way to get good service. I've really grown to dislike UPS. I wonder how long it will take our overnight replacement book to get to us, IF it gets to us.

I had some issues with them the Vendor and Amazon had screwed up big time and I wasn't given in to their crap. I received a full refund from the Vendor and got Amazon to give me a gift card for a good amount. Vendor had delivered flowers after I had canceled the order in writing through the email and told Amazon Supervisor to make sure it was done. Neither the Vendor nor Amazon did anything so my family got two sets of flowers from two different vendors. But in all you got to stand up for your rights I did.
Don't let UPS nor the lousy Driver give you hell. Find out what is his name you can get that from UPS Corp CS they have to give it to you, then you can contact UPS VP for Delivery Services.
Remember you're the one who has to take charge! UPS local office doesn't care about you nor that your get your packages or not. But you now see this is true. Heck I'll go down to the Windsor Lock Office and really loose it with my temper. Just can't let this crap happen. You can stay home all day and wait for the lousy driver to show-up and in the rain they're suppose to wrap the packages in plastic bag. I've notice this isn't happening either. Packages suppose to come undamaged too. Poor service |

1 edit | Wow everything is coming by USPS. Even the stuff my wife got off QVC was delivered by our US Mail Man who sometimes need to drive his jeep around for larger stuff. He rings the bell for packages how nice of him. Is USP going out of business if so I guess it would be big news, but anyway I guess it's cheaper for online and tv shopping shows to use USPS since they now offer free package pickup. UPS charges $10 an up just to pickup the package from your location. |

Young guy sitting there in the huge brown truck! I could have taken a picture of him and the truck and mounted it on the wall. Anyway I guess that complaining at Corp CS and the local OP Manager calling a second time! Really has paid off. Though asking her do you have any pull there? She really had some pull!
