Make sure you understand what you're getting with "Business Ethernet". First, it's not Ethernet, it's bonded DSL, and second, it runs on XO's network, not Speakeasy's. I had a *nightmare* with the one install I've done and haven't considered it since. SE is functionally blind to what's going on with the circuit so if you have problems all they can do is call XO and report it.
Also, the last time I called business support I sat on hold for 35 minutes. A far cry from the days of the DBMs. Apparently after ditching the home users they now consider business users non-essential, too.
Sadly, this is about what I expected when they sold out to Best Buy. |
