No NBA TV in VHO4 yet (as of last night) we always seem to be last with stuff, I never understand the order either, they do NY then jump to the West Coast

1 edit | In VHO-04 its up and running as of this morning regarding NBA TV HD and LP, I am subscribed and I am able to watch a preseason game tonight. the free preview is for the LP but if you order it, before that free preview, you get the discounted rate of $169. NBA TV HD comes with your extreme HD package. I hope this help with your question

NBA TV HD and the LP channels are now live in VHO8.
NBA TV is on 855MHz....further showing that VZ needs to use those outlying frequencies...

It's on in West Chester, PA, but on my Tivo, not in the guide yet, but you can go to 589 manually. Not seeing the LP channels in the guide either... |

I'm receiving NBA TV HD but I'm not getting NBA TV SD. I'm getting the "You are not subscribed to" message for NBA TV SD. I know NBA League Pass is having a free preview right now but does that also apply to NBA TV? I live in NNJ and I do not subscribe to the sports package so is that why I can't get NBA TV in SD and if so then why do I have it in HD but not SD? |

| Yes, two different HD channels, one is NBA TV HD and the other is part of NBA League Pass. You can go to www.indemand.com, click on Sports, click on NBA League Pass, then click on Schedule to find out what games will be on the league pass channels. I don't know what they air on NBA TV. |

damn! I'm getting NBATV HD 589 in my fios hd box but not on my tivo. damn cable cards. and I don't subscribe to the sports package in NY. at least I'm getting it half free. |

The widget will let you see all the scores of current games and if it's anything like the NFL RedZone widget you can dig deeper into the teams and their stats. If you also have the subscription to league pass you will get pop up alerts telling you what game is about to start, as well as 1/2 way ending and overtime info. The 2 things work together for the best experience.... ( wow I sound like a commercial) |
