| Ygnition is the worst!
I had no choice but to use them - they had a contract with my apartment community. Their customer service is extremely poor, their billing is unintelligible, their charge for everything under the sun, and their signal is very poor quality. Many channels I was paying for I could not even receive most of the time. I finally had enough of their crap after about 6 weeks. My total bill came to almost 400 dollars for this time. I will never, never do business with them again and will never move to an apartment complex that uses Ygnition as their provider. Stay away from them at all costs! |
