I think they do, something like 5 bucks a month. Your better off calling them though. Or PM InsightTech5.

Update.
Called Insight and was told that they do have the M cards. I said "Are you positive?" The girl replied yes again.
I then sent another email and received this reply: Thank you for your e-mail. Not at this time. It is something they are
looking at for the future.

lol, people saying lots of different things here. I do know that here in Lexington I have had one M-card since last October for $2 per month and each additional for me is $2 per month.
