[Help Me] DSL 2640R conflict with Powerline

I have recently purchased a brand new set up:

DSL 2640R
Powerline 303
DAP 1160

It started off all working fine, wireless and wired.

However now if you leave the set up plugged in over night, as I always do, the router apparently disconnects from the ADSL line and you have to reboot the router to get it all working again. All the lights are on, but the computer which is hard wired, doesn't get an ADSL signal from the router.
When the Powerline is unplugged, the router is fine and does not disconnect.

The idle is set to 0.
I have tried turning the Powerline's power saving off, but it doesnt make any difference.

I spoke to d-link tech support, who went through it all and couldnt help.

I have the most up to date firmware on all units.

Please help!
