Yea No kidding. I feel For you guys we have been opposite up here Lot's of rain since the end of winter. One thing i do miss is a good TEXAS Thunder Storm. I just hope for a Good SKI season . |

Freeport, Tx | It was so nice here today I actually shut the a/c off in the Versa and opened the moon roof which I usually only use when I go to the mountains.  |

Well, around south east Texas there are no mountains. I was just wondering if it was into any reference to the old 50's and 60's movies that were supposed to be in Houston and Galveston (Including Freeport) that had MOUNTAINS in the background of any country shot? You know back then in the old days everybody thought Texas was all back country and mountains.

To get to the 1800-1900 feet ones around Kerrville it takes about 5 hours.
To the Colorado area about two days with a 890 mile run to Demning N.M on the first day.
To the 3000 feet or so ones in Northern Georgia about a day and a half. |
