I have had this account for 4 plus years. It was always a great connection until this past month. Intermittent outages have made the service totally unusable. I have had a service ticket opened since Aug.9th and the issue has only gotten worse. I ran ping plots and emailed them to try and help them see what the issue was, but I still have not recieved a single reply. I guess it's true, they REALLY don't want to be bothered with residentual customers anymore. But at $130.00 per month I feel like I was paying business rates all along. | Just an update, got a call from a rep, asked if I have resolved my issues. I told him yes, I had signed on with ATT. He asked if I wanted to cancel my Speakeasy account, if I did it now, I would get a refund on the payment just made. I said yes and everything was disconnected before the day was over. I just checked my credit card and to my surprise, a refund was applied. The disconnect process was painless. Good luck to you all, I'm just sorry they couldn't fix my issues. |
