Experiencing the exact same thing in Boone County. Everything is fine, then all of a sudden, everything stops. Try to go to the home page, or anywhere else, and (Google Chrome) reports a broken link. Can't get email (can't connect to the server), nothing works. A few seconds later, it all comes back.
Insight really needs to get their act together. The service gets worse, the price gets higher. I guess that is the result of no competition in Northern Kentucky. If they ever get competition, I have a feeling I will be one of the first to jump ship. I've about had it with the shoddy service here. |
