I live in rural eastern nc can not get cable or dsl . I have a alltel data card UM150 my speed is down load 1.51 to .93 Mb/s and my up load is .22 to .33 Mb/s to make my desk top 2 each and my laptop wireless what do i need and would a out side ant. help with speed to watch movies
