| Want quality phone service? Avoid LINGO
This company will not allow you to cancel their service. When you indicate you want to cancel they place you on hold and never pick up the phone.
I sent an email canceling the service and they continued to charge my credit card. I challenged the charges and got four months worth of credit through my credit card company.
I did have to cancel my credit card number and have a new one issued to stop the monthly charges from LINGO. I literally wasted hours on the phone getting these charges to stop.
Setting the system up is complicated, I was able to receive calls, but not place them and the sound quality is horrible. Save yourself the headaches and waste of time on the phone. Avoid Lingo. |
