I am a sonic.net customer sitting on the airporter bus...where's the reset button for the router/modem? these bus drivers are clueless. |

| I understand that. I called sonic support to try and see if they could shell in and rest it, but i was on hold for over 7 mins and the call got dropped. the bus just needs a big reset button on the outside of the overhead compartment where the modem sits. (the bus had at least 3 IT professionals traveling on it. we could have hit a reset button at one of the stops and not even needed to talk to the driver.)
Anyway its nice to have it when it works. |
