| Loaner flying mount broken?
Just logged in a bit ago and noticed I can no longer summon my loaner flying mount. I went back to the guy deleted the old one and asked for a new one but still have the same result. "You can not use that here.", anyone else having the same issue or am I just lucky?

Roseville, CA | The guy next to the flight master at K3 in storm peaks will "loan" you a flying mount if you dont have one.. Was waiting on the patch to take advantage of the cheaper prices. |

It was a free mount. Not attainable if you purchased cold weather flying, but did not require any flying skill or cold weather. I hope they didn't take it out of the game! I was planning to use it in a few days here, lol.

Faction discounts now apply for all the training except cold weather flying. I believe the mounts are slightly cheaper as well but that I am not sure of.
Anyway the loaner is definitely borked just had my wife try to summon hers and the same deal, "You can't use that here." |

* Mount cost: 10 gold
* Mail will be sent to players at level 40 guiding them back to the riding trainer
Expert Riding (Skill 225)
* 150% flying mount speed; 60% land mount speed
* Requires level 60
* Cost: 600 gold (faction discounts now apply)
* Mount Cost: 50 gold
* Can now be learned in Honor Hold (Alliance) or Thrallmar (Horde)
Artisan Riding (Skill 300)
* 280% flying mount speed; 100% land mount speed
* Requires level 70
* Cost: 5,000 gold (faction discounts now apply)
* Mount Cost: 100 gold
So if you were exalted .. it saves you 1k gold. Flight training would be 4k gold with faction discount.

I'm surprised there's a lot of players who have never clicked on "Honest" Max (Slightly Used Flying Mounts). I just could never deny an alt a flying mount to test it out. |

FYI, from posts on the bliz boards, it looks like flying is broken in those zones in general. So it may not be specific to the loaner, something went bad with the zone flags I guess.

Who do you need to be exalted with for this discount? My main is already exalted with 4 but none of them have flying (afaik).
If I can get it I wouldn't mind saving the 1k for my other toons.

4250g when you are revered and from what i heard it is 3500g when Exalted. this is for the skill. The mounts at revered where 85g. |
