How much worse does this have to go before it gets any better - if it gets better? I am so tired of calling Verizon. I am passed my wit's end with them! Why would they give me an old PRL?
Called Verizon and got another trouble ticket. Hopefully the tech calls back this time. The last time he didn't.
The first line tech I had looked up my information and it was incorrect. It had my device being a EC228 instead of a EC168, and the ESN was wrong. Now how did that happen after calling there all this time and the info was right?
She also asked for a MDN, and I told her I didn't have one. That baffled her. I told her I have a MIN though...
