Random problem loading pages

This problem has only started a few days ago and I cannot seem to find a solution for it. When I am browsing there are random times where I cannot connect to the web page and have to refresh 10 times to connect. This problem doesn't seem to just affect one website but any and on both firefox and internet explorer.
Any input or suggestion is greatly appreciated.

I am on HN 9000, Netgear WGT V3, and the ProPlus plan.
