| [netopia] Netopia 3347WGEU business dsl can't see the router int
Hi everyone my gf's mum has a business and they gave her a netopia 3347WGEU.. I needed to go to the router's interface via 192.168.1.1 (i used an ip scanner for confirming 192.168.1.1) but it can't be seen.. so i reset the router and now the wifi obviously won't work but i don't know how to make it work if i can't access to the interface. I read that for business it's locked down, is it true? isn't there a way to fix it myself? Please someone help me! |

If this 3347 is running the Enterprise firmware (the full model number will have ENT as a part of it), it cannot be managed via a web interface; only by CLI.
As to whether the 3347 is locked down so that only your ISP can change the settings, you will have to check with the ISP (your post didn't say who that is). |

| CLI= Command Line Interface.
Your model number doesn't seem to imply that you have the Enterprise firmware, but I am unfamiliar with the model number arrangement for non-US models.
Anyway, if your unit does have the Enteprise firmware, here is a guide: »www.netopia.com/support/hardware···eV85.pdf. Your firmware revision is probably different, but the configuration options should be similar.
Chapter 1 tells you how to access the unit's configuration menus. |
