| FORM2eMAIL CGI script not working. Please help.
I have a small FORM2eMAIL perl script running on my account at ftp.rcn.com. The script is located in a cgi-bin folder. For the last few hours this script has not been working and I am also unable to access the ftp server. It keeps coming up with an error message . Can someone please help?

O.K. I contacted customer support at RCN and they can't access this particular ftp server either. They have issued a service ticket on this topic and say that this is bumping up to their web developer group for further inquiry.
Meanwhile, I hope they can get this resolved soon as this cgi script is important for operation of a small business. |

Yes, it's working again. Thank you so much for responding and solving this problem so fast. We are quite lucky on this forum to have this kind of response from people at RCN.
