Re: Web DVR Information said by PresRC:I saw and tried that page but it has no effect on the channels shown on the TV listings grid. Does anyone know how to communicate with the right person to get some attention to this valuable feature loss? from another thread on the guide, it works:
While you're in the TV Listings page, click on Settings. Click the name of the account that you're currently logged in, turn on Parental Controls, and click Edit next to Channels. Select all of the channels you don't want the TV Listings to show and click the Save button. And you're done. |

 | Yes I discovered that after I'd done it - it affects another listings page, which is totally useless anyway. |

 | I meant that the other listings page is useless - nothing like the zap2it one. I've raised a ticket with them, which will doubtless do nothing. |

 | It's part of your account, so do it once and it's good anywhere. |

1 edit | reply to CVTech I have had the 8300HD for about 3 weeks, but the online feature rarely works. I try to set things to record, but it tells me to try again later. I have only been able to set it to record about 2 times. Is my DVR messed up? |

| reply to CVTech Deleting scheduled recordings using the web DVR interface appears not to work. I check off the scheduled recordings I want deleted, hit "delete" and it says "In Progress" for a few seconds. But when it's done, the scheduled recordings are still there.
Anyone know what's up? |
