Cant Play BluRay Files Masscool Mp-1369s,

Ok i have a 32''Inch Emerson HDTV 720p and a Masscool HD Media Player they are connected through HDMI,When i upload a BluRay File to the media player to play on the tv it wont play it.It will just skip it.Anyone have any info on why that is?Could it be the type of HDMI cable im using? Or?

So far i tried converting the file from mkv to divxhd,and xvid i had one brrip actually seem to play but all i heard was audio so im kinda of close

No it doesnt support mkv

You heard audio only because it plays the mp3,wav,wma....you dont see video because your video is not avi,mpg,vob,asf,dat,iso

If you did encode in the above mentioned video format than your tv is not;
