SB5101 Logs not showing all entries

I've been trying to troubleshoot connection issues and frequently look at the modem logs. I've just discovered that I was wasting my time because the logs don't show all the entries. If it has the same error multiple times, it just changes the time-stamp to the most recent. I discovered this when Cox phone support said I had a much larger number of errors than I was seeing.

For example, the Critical error below only shows the latest entry but it happened several times and just changes the time-stamp when I refresh:

Time Priority Code Description
2009-07-12 12:57:38 3-Critical R005.0 Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out
2009-07-12 05:50:12 5-Warning D103.0 DHCP RENEW WARNING - Field invalid in response

My question is, how do I see all the entries like the Cox guy does.
I use: »192.168.100.1/RgEventLog.asp

I see the same thing on my SB5101 (I'm on Cox HSI, also). It seems that the Critical Errors are retained, but Warnings only show the latest one(s).

This most likely is determined by the firmware, and there is probably nothing the customer can do to change it.

It's also the critical error that just keeps the latest.
Cox support seemed to see the errors that I couldn't.
I was hoping someone could give me a link or something that would show what they see.

Oh well.
Thanks, Joe

Interesting, here's a thread on the same phenomenon with the SB6120:

»[HSI] Motorola SB6120: does your log show > 1 entry?

I imagine it's the same "feature." Unfortunately, nobody has yet identified a workaround.
