Setup here is westell 2200 modem --> Netgear WGR614v7 router --> Vista home premium Westell showing DSL Connect Rate (Down/Up) 832 KBits/Sec by 448 KBits/Sec

I am having intermittent trouble reaching some sites. Timeout, DNS failures, some sites very slow, others OK.

Line quality looks OK: Today's results

Speed is sort of OK for a 1MB Naked DSL connection:

My IP has been updating about every 20-30 minutes though. It jumps from the 93 net to the 173 net often.

And Dr. Ping is a total failure:
