Has anyone else noticed in Lousiville that the program descriptions no longer contain NEW or REPEAT - now my DVR is taping everything each time it is on. Any ideas?? |

Agreed, I reset my box and some of them came back, but I think it is something with the guide service rather then our boxes. I think we should file a formal complaint... it sucks to have your hard drive filled up with shows you have already seen, especially since you can not connect an external one either. |

Add evensville feed with the same problem. It shows 15 things set to record today and only 1 is suppose to (that i personally set). Since you can only cancel max of 3 shows that wont work.
I have a choice of ether deleting my series shows or sit here all day and delete stuff as it comes on, cause I have something to record thats several hours long in HD, and since im not going be home its going to be a mess.

Yeah, I was running into that problem today. I have been watching Eureka and Warehouse 13 and it recorded all of the repeats of Eureka before the new episode came on last night, and filled up the hard drive. I checked to see if it said in the guide and the shows did not say repeat or new, thus the cable box is confused I suppose. I wish Insight would get this cleared up, I pay like an extra 30 bucks a month it seems like for the box and movie channels they could at least get their stuff stright... I have to say though, my internet has been great for a while . *Knock on wood* |
