I filled out an online questionnaire after not receiving a call back on a support call. I had to call back to make an account change after waiting 24 hours. Gave them poor marks for response, resolution, etc, etc. Anyway, someone just called to make sure everything had been resolved. Pretty cool. |

I've had tons of problems with RR Biz since they merged into regional offices from local offices. I had to send an email to a VP contact in Charlotte just to get our CEO installed. They jerked him around for 3 months but after the VP emailed him, they had him installed in a couple days. Absolutely ridiculous. |
