| [southeast] Fios customer care
We got Fios installed on 7/6. Tv was working fine when technician was there, then next time I switched it on an hour later, there were no signals. After a dozen phone calls and hours of troubleshooting, I was told that someone would be coming today, 7/9 from 1 to 5 pm. Waited there for nothing, no shows. So basically we switched to FIOS on Monday and since then have been without tv for 5 days!! Called support at 5pm and they said there's not even a ticket issued for tech support to our house! So I've been stood up and the next one available is on Saturday 7/11.. We've been with comcast for 7 years now and never experienced anything like this. Comcast would have sent technical support the very next day and they were very reliable everytime and so is their customer service. |
