| [T-Mobile] NEW (RPF) Fees for June-'09 - Does it void the contra
T-Mobile has come out with another (RPF) Regulatory Programs Fee
The letter from T-Mobile came in my bill stated:
( "is not a tax but a fee we collect and retain to help recover the costs associated with funding and complying with a variety of government mandates, programs ect.. ect... " )------------------------------------
My Question is : Since this is not a tax am I stuck paying for this in my contract?
Or does this give me an out of my contract ( 2-years or 14-months left of it ) ?????
What can I do ??
Any ideas ??
Thanks in advance. |

They are trying to tell people you can't, but you have to shove the agreement back in their face. |

@rr.com | reply to BlitzenZeus Thanks guys for your input but I did find that the link you provided mentioned most users did not get out of contract from that just a bill credit.
Thanks again. |
