| [availability] Verizon DSL Availability-Bayville, NJ
Hi everyone, I live in Bayville, NJ and I just dropped Comcast for Directv for my television service. I also had the internet through Comcast also. But my promo is up with them and I want to switch to Verizon DSL due to their price, but according to their website and from their phone reps it says that DSL isn't available for my address or phone number. I already have phone service through Verizon. The weird thing is that my next door neighbor has their dsl service and also when I plugged in my neighbors address who live directly across the street from me, it says its available to them as well. In addition to that they told me it was available a year ago when I moved here, but I decided to subscribe to Comcast because of their promo deal at the time. Also every month I recieve about 2 letters from Verizon telling us about their internet deals but when I try to order it, they won't let me. I don't want to pay $60.00 a month to comcast for internet. Has anyone had a similar problem with verizon and if so, what should I do? |
