In other words, "*/1" is the equivalent of "*". If you meant "at 1 and only 1", you should simply put "1" in a column. The "/" notation is generally when you want to set an interval count of greater than one. For example, if you wanted something to happen every other hour, you'd put "*/2" in the hours column.
