| [Speed] Too many users? [Lehigh Valley]
Been having slow downloads (less than 5 when I pay for 10) on and off. All my levels are good. I downloaded and installed the DocsDiag utility from »homepage.ntlworld.com/robin.d.h.···ocsdiag/
Tried to investigate usage via the -traffic option. The output is below. Can anyone interpret? Am I competing with too many others for limited bandwidth? Thanks.
My downstream channel is 1 and my upstream channel is 2, according to the utility. |

Bangor, PA | I am not 100% sure, but I believe you are fine, all of your Current Usage is way below the Max available.
Maybe someone else can give you a 100% answer, but it doesn't look that bad IMO. |
