Most likely it is on the end of the CSR, in most cases that when the phone line has never been installed, when the installer calls in to activate the box they are asked if the line was connected, if it was not then the phone service on that box is turned off, you will need to call and ask them to turn it back on for you. That is only the case if the phone line passes in the system test, not the Ethernet/network line. |
