This Company only offers 2 or 3 meg DSL service, and 110 TV channels plus the usual HBO, Starz, & Cinemax pay channels.
Here is what I have found, so far, as how they deliver the TV over IP, plus DSL.
It would be just like A T & T's uverse where speeds would decrease on your internet if you're watching TV.
