Anyone else having a problem w/ the Remote DVR now? Getting a "settop not responding" message on Verizons website. |

Reston, VA | I've had success going into the settings menu/remote DVR/web access, and disable and then re-enable the feature. If that does not work try unplugging the DVR to reset it. |

Mine is unpredictable - on and off again, every couple of days.
It was down for the past couple of days and early this morning and then came back up around 10 or 11 later this AM.
Sometimes it's OK for a couple of weeks and then quits. I don't generally do anything to fix it, it just happens.
