 different projects for different profiles

Is it possible to run a different set of projects depending on which profile a computer is under? I have several at work that I might be able to add, but I'd like to only run the lower memory/disk space projects on them while still running the full set on my two home boxes.

Personally I find all are running near eachother in terms of time
..but my "home profile" does just Help Conquer Cancer

My "default profile" does that plus HPF2 & Help Conquer Childhood Cancer
