Just took a look through the websites of several of the more popular vosps, looking for routing options.
callcentric, voipo, voicepulse, viatalk, voip.com all have some kind of inbound routing depending on caller id and maybe other criteria - I didn't feel like making a thorough investigation.
So it seems it is not difficult to find a vosp that does some screening of incoming calls to at least whitelist or blacklist.
What none of them has, as far as I could tell, is an ivr, which allows you to interact with the caller. That makes a big difference in the flexibility of the routing. |
