On 7/6, Kim credited my acount for VS to VS calls and submitted the issue to engineering.
Received a VS to VS call today ... I'm still being charged. 
EDIT: 1. Are they ever going to fix the VM to email issue using .155? 2. Are they ever going to fix incoming CID number (shows as Unknown) when using the provisioned HT-286? BTW, it correct if I use my PAP2v1. |

I submitted a support ticket yesterday regarding the charge for checking VM. I noticed the issue with VS to VS calls this evening. |

| As of July, I'm being charged to check my VM from home and I'm also being charged for VoiceStick to VoiceStick calls. 
It appears to be a bug with Next2Nothing accounts. My Dad called me from his i2You (outgoing only) account to my N2N account; I was billed, he was not.
Anybody else being incorrectly charged? |
