Bradenton, FL		Trying to get WebCamXP to work with Verizon Westell 9100Em

Trying to get the program WebcamXp to stream my video
out over the net on verizon Fios with their Westell router.
I seem to have it streaming using tcp and udp but just
seeing on my webpage here local.
