You're the 2nd person who asked me this question. IIRC, someone posted here right after GV announced its beta test service saying GV put a limit to 300 minutes/day on outbound to PSTN usage.

Bakersfield, CA		 5 hours a day is plenty if its true. Skype has a 6 hours a day limit and you pay for that. Google is being generous for being free.
