| Potentially. It doesn't use all three on one page in a shotgun approach, it uses whichever you set as default, and allows you to switch if you don't like the rendering. Thus, you could be browsing along merrily using Gecko or Webkit, then decide for whatever reason to switch to Trident on that page and get slapped by an IE exploit.
I haven't tested it much. Lack of search from address bar drives me nuts.
